investors NEED TO remain cautious as 2011 gets underway with enrollment growth visibility murky, at best, along with the continued overhang of regulatory uncertainty following the Obama administration's recently proposed rules that cover everything from restricting incentive-based recruiting practices, the need for new job-training courses and taking action against schools which fail to advertise honestly to requiring schools to notify students of graduation and job placement rates.

The industry, which has faced plenty of government scrutiny of late regarding low loan repayment rates, is likely to see continued regulatory changes during 2011.

School stocks plunged after industry leader Strayer reported a 20% decline in new enrollment. The industry, which has faced plenty of government scrutiny of late regarding low loan repayment rates, is likely to see additional regulatory changes during 2011.

With my current school we have created a very informative\interactive interview that we can use to conduct phone interviews with students outside 2 + hours from campus. Unfortunately, we have not had a whole lot of success with it. We have tried different approaches and have recently hired someone that will be using the process 100% of the time to enroll students. I was just wondering if anyone else is using something like this and may have some suggestions or could provide me your process on how you use the phone interview method.

Thanks
